Feature and Contour Surveys

Feature and contour surveys (or site surveys for vacant land) are the starting point for any development. They form the base for any subdivision design & approval, development design, application & approval and provide architects, designers and engineers important information about the land, any features/buildings (and their associated heights/levels) and the topographical layout of the land.

A detailed survey is completed of your property and then recreated on a plan to assist with the design of your project. The plan shows all relevant service connections to your property and can be referenced to the Australian Height Datum (AHD).
